13 8 Autumn fresh start day 1

Going to do pro points as I need to so something.  Binged last night on kir kats as that's all we had in. 

Had s smoothie this morning. Wasnt very nice but I drank it. It wasnt sweet enough. Had yoghurt, spinach , pineapple, blueberries and water. Was only 1pp.

I binged in the rest of the cookies and crisps tonight

Aaaaah I was on 9/10 choices  (also ate an apple) then i just kept munching crisps tonight. They arent even that nice. Then I polished off the last 3 cookies .

day 4 forgot to take a picture of my dinner 10 choices

Snack attack today. My period has came after all. We only had a tiny bit of porridge left. 30g  .  A wanted to share carrot porridge with me k. Do that was 1.5. Had two falafel burgers with homemade Asian slaw for dinner.

Was looking to binge tonight after the hot chocolate. Nearly made cookies and had visions of me eating some of the better. However it was too late st night.

saturdsy day 4 8.5 choices

was out on the bike this morning.  Cycled to paths and met husband and kids. Cycled round paths with A then cycled back. 
We had fried rice for dinner.  I did eat more prawn crackers than pictured  . Finished off this yogurt at night which ended up being 3 choices!
